This apartment "Bella Vista" benefits from a fully fitted kitchen, air conditioning, it's own WiFi connection and a good sized lounge that has patio doors leading onto a large terrace. The terrace can be accessed from the lounge or the master bedroom and is furnished with a comfy sofa, table and chairs, perfect for relaxing. The apartment has sea view and lovely views over the swimming pool.
The complex has a selection of communal pools, 24 hour security and is a 15 minute walk to Puerto de la Duquesa and it's bars, restaurants and beaches.

The place was very nicely laid out and furnished tastefully. There was plenty of dishes, cutlery, furnishings etc with little necessities to purchase.
Also, we really enjoyed the big smart tv with apps which we were able to use.

Also, we really enjoyed the big smart tv with apps which we were able to use. We were quite impressed by the level of security , i.e. gates and doors with keys. In addition we were impressed by the degree of cleanliness and evidence of workers cleaning in multiple places. The staff at the Duquesa office were very pleasant, accommodating and helpful . |
