The apartment boasts a large terrace with sun all day, views to the swimming pool and the sea and access to the communal gardens. Located in the beachfront complex of Los Granados de la Duquesa there is a large lagoon style swimming pool and well maintained gardens. The complex also has underground parking, 24hr security and is a short walk along the beach to the fishing village of Castillo and Duquesa marina.
