Three bedroom, two bathroom 2nd floor apartment with air conditioning and terrace with pool and sea views. This apartment will sleep up to 8 due to the third bedroom having bunk beds but these are really suitable for children rather than adults. The apartment also has a fully fitted kitchen including a dishwasher and a good sized lounge. The terrace offers 2 options for dining and has views over the communal gardens, swimming pool and sea.
The complex is located on the beachfront with a large lagoon style swimming pool ideal for smaller children. The complex also has underground parking, 24hr security and is a short walk along the beach to the fishing village of Castillo and Duquesa marina both of which have a good selection of restaurants and bars to choose from.
Communal facilities are subject to availability.

Love Los Granados and always look to stay in either Block when coming to Duquesa. This was my first time in Block 1 for a while. The apartment was lovely and clean, it was clear that it was a family oriented apartment and it had everything you could wish for in terms of equipment/utensils etc. The only small disappointment was that the balcony never got direct sunshine (morning or evening) due to its aspect and accordingly the apartment tended to be a little dark. However this is really nit picking and it didnt impact on the enjoyment of our holiday one bit.

Albeit I managed it in the end, the key collection box was a bit tricky in terms of opening and particularly closing it. That said I struggle with very basic instructions so its probably me more than anything else!!

Yet again we have returned to Duquesa and booked through Duquesa Estates. Had an amazing time again. Apartment was so big, extremely clean with everything you could wish for. Definitely be back very soon.

Only thing I would comment on is that the walk in shower was very slippery when wet, maybe some anti slip bath mats to go in there ? Not moaning but just advise. Also patio doors so highly polished that my brother walked in to it twice leaving a lovesee more
