The balcony has views of the gardens, swimming pool and sea and can be accessed from either the lounge or the master bedroom.
The complex is located on the beachfront and has a large lagoon style swimming pool, spacious grounds, underground parking, 24hr security and is a short walk along the beach to the fishing village of Castillo and Duquesa marina.
