Top floor duplex apartment completely refurbished and situated right in the heart of Puerto de la Duquesa, three bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms, two on the first floor and one on the upper floor. Two southwest facing terraces, one on each floor. The apartment benefits from it's own wifi connection and is fully air conditioned throughout.
The apartment does not have allocated parking however there is plenty of free parking around the marina.
The apartment is centrally located and may get some evening noise from bars and restaurants situated nearby.

A completely refurbished 3 bed apartment to a very high standard.
Proximity to both Marina with all the bars/restaurants (0 metres) and Beaches (100 metres) is perfect. Marina shuts down by midnight so no late night noise.

All bedrooms have ensuite facilities and the top floor suite is great with a brilliant sun terrace for all day round sun. Whilst no reserved parking spot, there were lots of public spaces available very close to the apartment which we had no problem using. |

There is no pool, so it may not appeal to families with younger children, but the beach is so close it wasn’t a problem for us.
