The apartment has been completely refurbished to a very high standard with an American style open plan kitchen / lounge with direct access to the terrace. Ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower. The apartment also benefits from a large wrap around terrace with views of the pools and sea. Fully air conditioned and parking space included.
Situated in the popular holiday complex of Marina Real which has two swimming pools, underground parking, 24 hour security and is just a short stroll to the marina.

Perfect for families, everything in walking distance the beach is right in front of you, the sand isnt the nicest on the beaches its a bit grey and stony. Overall I Would highly recommend

Accommodation was excellent and really well equipped. Staff at Duquesa Estates were helpful and replied to a couple of queries I had straight away. Have used them for many years and would continue to do so.

Actualizar algunos detalles para convertir un muy buen apartamento en uno excelente. Como por ejemplo cambiar las bañeras por duchas, los mangos de ducha están deshilados y dan mala imagen, el aire acondicionado no está correctamente aislado y emite see more

Como por ejemplo cambiar las bañeras por duchas, los mangos de ducha están deshilados y dan mala imagen, el aire acondicionado no está correctamente aislado y emite mucho ruido y repasar los marcos de las puertas. Todos estos detalles rebajan la categoría del inmueble.
Pero vuelvo a indicar que es muy bueno y al que repetiremos, Un saludo a Duquesa estate, buenos profesionales y servicio solicito y excelente. |
