This apartment benefits from it´s own WiFi connections, full air conditioning and a fully fitted kitchen including a washing machine and dishwasher. The terrace has views to the communal swimming pool and there is a further balcony from the second bedroom with sea views.
Residencial Duquesa is about a 12 minute walk to the marina of Duquesa and a 10 minute walk to Sabinillas. The complex offers underground parking and numerous pools and gardens to enjoy.

The area is excellent and the apartment was excellent for our family of four. I love the fact that there was a washing machine available in the apartment. This was our second visit to the area and we will be back.

Such a fantastic location close to the peurto and walking distance to supermarket and local restaurants. Apartment had everything we needed including chairs for the beach, 4 pools and short walk to the beach with lots of beach bars and loungers. We hsee more

Apartment had everything we needed including chairs for the beach, 4 pools and short walk to the beach with lots of beach bars and loungers. We hired a car which comes with secure parking at the apartment, gave us freedom to go to different beaches/ nearby towns like estepona and a drive to Gibraltar! Lots of activities like golf, boat hire, water sports available but also relaxation! Will be booking every year.

The gorgeous apartment was clean and spacious, in walking distance to the puerto de la duquesa. Fantastic aircon and view from the balcony. One of the nicest apartments I have stayed in with 4 stunning pools. Highly recommend and will definitely booksee more
